Richard T. Jackson,

TGC’s founder and President, is a strategic leader with over 20 years of property and asset management experience.  Renowned for maintaining the highest standards in housing, Mr. Jackson’s stewardship of client assets continues to successfully contribute to their profits and revenue goals.  He has served as the Area Manager for the District of Columbia Housing Authority, the largest landlord in the Washington metropolitan area, personally overseeing over 1,250 units.  Mr. Jackson has managed and/or developed: 

Gregg G. Kantak,

TGC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer, is a career-long leader credited with building top-flight organizational infrastructure, including administration, operations, human resources and finance departments that have been successful in contributing to company’s success.  Mr. Kantak has a national reputation as an expert in workforce diversity, management, employee benefits and health care.  He possesses extensive expertise in the following areas:  business development, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure

senior, multi-family, luxury, market-rate, bank- and trustee-owned, low-income and tax-credit properties.  Presently, Mr. Jackson and his team manage over 500 apartment homes throughout the Washington metropolitan area and southern Maryland.  Mr. Jackson is a licensed Maryland Realtor, and certified Military Relocation Specialist.
