In addition, TGC is pledged to the letter and spirit of United States policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the Nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.  TGC is required to comply, in all respects, with all laws, rules, regulations and requirements imposed by the Fair Housing Act.  As an adjunct to the foregoing commitment, both TGC and its clients actively promote, and are committed to, creating and fostering an environment of diversity throughout their respective organizations, and each views such a concept as a critical component to the on-going success of their business operations.  All dwellings within the United States advertised by TGC and its subsidiaries are available on an equal opportunity basis.
